I've not tried Scrivener, but if you don't mind another potential rec, I've been using Cherry Tree to keep record of my webcomic's worldbuilding: cherrytree-for-windows.en.lo4d.com/windows Not sure if it'll work specifically if it's only for OC-use, but hey.
