[to the tune of Paramore's "Ain't It Fun"] Livin' on a Disworld

I never had the problem, oddly, when I lived on Oahu. But there the directions are more like Disworld--Makai (rimward) & Mauka (hubward) and it's easy to keep track of where the big mountain is. CT also messes me up, because I now know where EAST is and all of a sudden it's off by 90 degrees in CT.
In Disworld, this is called having second thoughts. And then third thoughts.
I think this why like Terry Pratchett's death in disworld really hits home as he not some malevolent harbinger but a entity of the cosmos that enjoys life and is fascinated by humanity. Same goes for Neil Gaiman's ver of death in sandman.
Oh good lord... I just check online and there's a bazillion Disworld books. Is this like Piers Anthony's Xanth series?

Have a WONDERFUL time! *has first time/disworld discovery envy
They were so good! I hadn't heard about his new series, I'll have to look into that. For now I have to decide which Disworld book is next, Men at Arms, or Mort. I feel the need to do one set at a time, but I absolutely LOVE how Death is written and that book is pulling me
