Martha Burkhardt (1874–1956) was a Swiss painter & photographer. During WW I she was engaged in the food commission of the city, & founded an emergency hospital during the flu pandemic. She was for many years president of the family welfare in the Public Women's Association. Self-portrait c.1910.
Eh, IDK, the Evangelicals are not reality-based. They sincerely think they are engaged in "spiritual warfare," acting as foot soldiers in a war between angels and demons that God is fated to win, and how well they fight will determine their place in the afterlife. They have a lot in common with IRI.
I'm quite close to becoming one of those "they're all the same" voters, disengaged from and disillusioned with politics. Given how engaged I've been with politics over the past decade or so, and how much social and climate justice matters to me, this is... concerning. But sometimes I just can't.

im not doing exercises for them but if I do deadlifts or anything holding the wright in front of me theyre engaged. I've been told to meditate while I'm doing it to help them relax but 🙃 just wondering if there's any other method to turn them off
