FotMob and Sofascore are Opta based aren't they? They're always the same as FBref. I like WhoScored too, but I don't think they do xG for games? Plenty of other stuff to look at while stroking one's beard, however. Sadly, I don't have access to StatsBomb. I covet their data.

Statsbomb is the best imho, or at least they explain their model in a way I find most convincing. Fotmob is pretty great though.

I slightly prefer the FotMob app for soccer (broader reach) but functionally I think the Apple sports app is pretty good with the play by play etc, it’s much improved in the time since they first released it
