My HCW got Covid at a very expensive Nursing Home doing a placement. He told me but it appears the home just didn't care. Hope you get better soon. It is very scary when you are vulnerable. Lots working HCW have never had Covid Vax. I always ask. 🤯🤯

I've been telling HCWs, to their naked faces, that I now highly question the ethics and credentials of every HCW refusing to protect their patients from Covid. I also add It's clear our education system failed for healthcare. Too much specialization, for profit mindset, not enough general medicine.

I agree a good quality respirator is excellent protection for the wearer - but it also protects those around them. If I can have a HCW wearing a respirator for me versus a surgical - that’s what I’m hoping they will do. Both guests said they wear for their own health too - just also helps others

Well putting clean sheet over dirty one is 🤯🤯🤯 I am self managed nearly a year & find it wonderful that I can pick workers. Previous O🤬Care if complained just ignored said didn't happen. HCW tipped over emergency lantern to be under coffee table very difficult to reach as problems bending over.

They found that these HCW had stronger, more multispecific memory T cells compared with a cohort of unexposed individuals from before the pandemic. This correlates with indications of abortive infections. The target of these cells is the RNA polymerase. 3/4

They also speculate that "blunted" responses put HCW at heightened risk, but show no data for this, and did not perform functional assays. The high antibody levels would argue the opposite. In other words, the data shows frequent infections, but no negative consequences. 8/8

Vaccinated HCWs with no prior COVID infection (n = 9), asymptomatic recent infection (n = 10), and frequent recent infection (n = 15) were recruited from a longitudinal HCW cohort study. Blood was taken and exposed to SARS-CoV-2 antigens to measure the immune response. 2/8

This often for substandard and unusable goods supposed to protect HCW from lethal infections. Or party donor or chair elevations to the Lords such as Ben Elliot, not to mention completely inexplicable ones like KGB son, Lebedev. Or Owen & Kempsell. Why them?

I adore HCW who still mask or put one on without asking you if you'd want them to. He had a nice semi ocean view past all the skyscrapers and buildings so we sat in silence for a bit looking out it together when I visited.
