I once did a stream with some friends where I marathoned this game while drinking heavily. It was a good time. 100%ed the game, collected the hadoken, beat Sigma with it, then went back and beat him clean just to prove I was sober enough to do it.

Okay first you'd be better off with your keyboard. (keyboard's actually a really solid input method if you wanna learn) Second, the vast majority of SF supers are just double motions. Ie quarter circle forward, quarter circle forward + punch for Ryu's Shinku Hadoken. Third, play and have fun!
it feels so *off* to hear ryu just sounding like Some Dude, rather than the well-defined cloistered mr. hadoken that 35 years have chiseled into culture. but the japanese performance would sound weird and arbitrary for rashid, even though his english dub seems to indicate he grew up in san jose. 😆
