Do you think that a Nobel award for the Higgs discovery could go to one or three people? Given the size of the LHC collaboration, wouldn't this be very controversial?
Physics Nobels I would be pleased by: Quantum info (Bennett, Shor...) CMB anisotropy measurements (not sure who) LHC/Higgs discovery (Evans, Giannotti...) Systems biophysics (West, Bialek...) Not predictions! And of course many other areas I don't know enough about to guess.

Agora, tem o campo de higgs, o único campo quântico com energia. Se energia pode agir como massa, há alguma maneira do campo de higgs ter algo relacionado com a "matéria escura"? Oq faz sentido já que os fotons não interagem com o Campo de Higgs, o que justifica o "escuro". Viajei, mas tem sentido.
