I can't take something to reduce my blood pressure because I have low (but not problematic) blood pressure. I can't be on prednisone constantly because it causes my hyperglycemia to worsen and may cause diabetes due to that. It's like....how are regular people supposed to make all these choices?
We buy the snack size Tillamook cheeses so I can handle my hyperglycemia and my husband purposely gets both "flavors" and I've always felt silly that I can't taste the difference, but assumed that it was related to my spotty taste issues. I feel a little betrayed.
