For what it's worth though I have been ordering the Inkvent calendar from Italian retailer Stilo e Stile though, they were a bit cheaper than CultPens last year and it looks like the they are this year also (it looks like about $108USD including shipping to the US for me)
Diamine InkVent Calendar 2024 is the perfect product for every fountain pen lover. An advent calendar full ok inks with 25 new colors that will surprise you every day!
Their free shipping threshold seems to fluctuate every time I order from them, I put the Inkvent calendar in my cart for reference and that is $10USD tracked post (international mail through USPS, usually takes a little more than a week for me), $35USD courier (DHL I believe, usually within a week)
That event was the reminder trigger to go fix this problem of mine! I have enough ink to last me years (I know, I know)... but I like the inkvent and need to be able to restock it 😅😭
open all of them immediately, wait until December, or a secret third thing?
Yeah, I want the duo, and I've already got a handful of inks I can use since I'm into fountain pens. My fun money is just mostly accounted for right now because I'm getting the three new core D&D books as they release and spending the money on the Diamine Inkvent Calendar.
Inks as motivation!!! Also, yes, I can imagine the Inkvent would be a really good way splurge. Now that you mentioned physical stores, I'd probably lay off online shopping for a while and make sure I have to walk in order to get any ink. That might slow down my intake... I hope!
I've been so good for so long that I'm gonna splurge and get the inkvent this year, but only if I make it past the hardest part of this accelerated class I'm taking. Then I'm only allowed inks if I absolutely need it and then only from a physical store when I visit Vancouver
Hi, I have a co-worker who buys the Inkvent calendar after it goes on sale the next year. I think she bought last year's in June.
Omigosh, I love the idea of an Inkvent calendar!!! Thanks for sharing. I looked it up. A bit too pricey for me to justify buying for myself, but it would make a fantastic gift for a fountain pen ink lover.
What's inkvent?
