Yooper Tales. I once booked a room west of Ishpeming for forty bucks a night. When I arrived there was a note on the door saying the room key was in the nightstand and to leave the money in there when we are done with our stay.
I mean... I broke myself into it by inviting 2 total strangers (1 from Ishpeming, MI, one from Chapmansboro, TN) to my house in 2003 and then the 3 of us drove to Anthrocon...and I would not be here yelling about this to all y'all now if I hadn't taken that chance back then.
Ishpeming will always be there if you need it.
