I had hope that the cop was lying or using inaccurate language when he said that she had been reading my journals, but you’ve probably seen otherwise with your own eyes

Right, so along with refusing to publish in or referee for Springer and Elsevier journals due to grotesque profiteering, I now need to avoid publishing anything with T & F/Routledge or Wiley-Blackwell, because they'll flog it to train LLMs. And OUP and CUP are flirting with that, too. Grand.

I do take issue with clarivate’s claim that their content is “trusted” because it’s hand selected. Remember the wave of deselections this year and last? AI generated content inside high quality journals? Journal section doesn’t work. #ILIDE2024

I was told by a colleague that if the AI doesn't have my work it's like I didn't even publish, because people will no longer be going to journals and academic search sites but just to ChatGPT and the likes. Pretty bleak.

We reviewed almost 500 simulation studies across 4 journals and explored how missingness is reported. Most articles do not discuss missingness, and overall reporting could be improved. Also, the code-sharing practices are suboptimal

Plot containing four panels (A, B, C, D), summarizing the results of our literature review on simulation studies. They indicate the number of simulation studies per journal, if missingness handling was reported, the method of handling it, and if code was available.
