I'm not going to click the link to see if it's the same graphic and horrifying ad I saw when staying with family in Lisburn, I'll just assume it is. ::shudder::
Between 5 and 6 pm, yesterday, the traffic into Belfast was at a standstill - is this due to the new "Grand Central Station"? Not ironically, not a bus could move. Then, going south along the Lisburn Rd cars were parked in the urban clearway.
Genealogy... I've known for a long time that I'm 1/16th Irish from my mum's side, but this morning's shallow dive into my dad's family suggests the same on his. One from Eniskillen and the other from halfway between Lurgan and Lisburn.

Although its fun when you recognise the exact streets they filmed on. Like Mo Chara is running down Tates Avenue off the Lisburn Road
Belfast Grand Central station is *by far* the largest bus station on the island of Ireland. You could fit Laganside Bus Centre, Cork Parnell Place Bus Station, Dublin Busáras, Galway Bus Station and Newry Bus Station inside it with room to spare.
My parents aren’t looking forward to the trains starting again. At the minute they’ve got a bus from Lisburn every 15 minutes, which is ‘dead on, so it is’.
Ah is that the Lisburn one? Haven’t been, has zero appeal. Would love to see 2D return again
Taps aff on the Lisburn Road, obviously.
