Character relationships: Candrin/Wolf: Mentored them with their lycanthropy issues + combat training Willow: The Handler thinks she's hot, has probably made a pass at her once or twice. Kingsmith: She gets very bad vibes off him but tolerates him Adriana: Tolerated, but barely

:o While mutant "Cano sapiens", there's still enough anthropod genetic in a superheroic "Road Rover" to make them susceptible to lycanthropy - thus a "true" werewolf.

Inherent lycans CAN'T actually spread lycanthropy to others - it is genetic! Accursed CAN, however - origins are hard to track, but most agree it was a foolish curse made by a vengeful werewolf who wanted revenge for being hunted. It backfired, clearly, so now there's efforts to control the spread.

lycanthropy in the earthblood universe is broken down into two types - Accursed and Inherent Inherent lycans are born with the ability to shift at-will. They are still urged by the moon, but have better control over shifting and retain most coherency when shifted (unless under duress).

Memory: Moon (Lycanthropy) Companion piece to Moon's human artwork counterpart done in August, this time with her 2009 "feral" werewolf form and her current Maurognatidaemonia (wolf-demon) form as of 2024. A fun piece to do given it's also October.🐺🍁 #art#demon#werewolf#demons#werewolves

Maybe the old community wasn't finished growing but at least I got a lot of experience reading some pretty smart critters ideas and figuring out how to frame my own. I learned fun phrases like "Gestalt Lycanthropy"

like, I've seen people call it "werewolfism" because they just don't know that lycanthropy is a word either

What the fuck is so difficult to fulfill about a bare minimum “this is not a one-sided conflict and people are suffering” acknowledgement? Prerecord it or something if you think Palestinians get lycanthropy when they get too close to a mic.
