So I watched the new Matlock pilot on Paramount + because Kathy Bates. But wtf, the pilot gives the entire game away right off the bat.

Oh, the new #Matlock is GÜDT. Obviously, it’s entertaining as hell and Kathy Bates is a hoot. Have you met her? She’s practically an owl. Nothing but hoots. My jaw dropped at the end of the premiere.

Movie studios used to also own the theaters and would limit where you could see their movies to their own theaters to capture more $$$. This ended in the 50s because it was a violation of Sherman antitrust laws and anticompetitive. Anyway, anyone know which streaming service has the new Matlock?
