It's a toss up between influenza and covid which was worse. Covid I was too sick to even communicate I probably should go to the ER for how high and agonizing the fever was even with medication (worst acute pain I've had) Influenza was tortute for s week from the coughing fits.
Every four weeks I have three days of lengthy infusions. Along with the actual medication they give me Tylenol, Benedryl, and IV hydrocortisone. Without fail, the antihistamine makes me very tired during the day and wears off in time for the steroid to keep me up at night 😳
I'm not a pushy nurse, but I'm willing to prescribe a dose of medication... and then maybe a little extra admin time to roll it up
