Before the downloadable ringtones, polyphonic or otherwise, were the phones you could programme a (well, monophonic, I guess) ringtone. A series of flat notes. Anyway, it took me a few hours but eventually my ringtone was Ed Welch's Quiz Wizard aka Blockbusters in 2001.
