Nope, it's NGC7000 the North America nebula. Notice the Cygnus Wall at the bottom (kind of looks like Texas) and just peeking into frame on the right is the Pelican nebula.

Here's a minimally processed look at the data I got from my imaging session last night: this is the North America Nebula (NGC7000) from my light-polluted skies in middle TN. (I used a light pollution-reducing filter, which helped a LOT.)
