ProtonDB entries for Atelier games are the only place on the Internet more trans than Bluesky

I have no clue if Kinitopet actually works now, but I can always say that you should basically never go off of steams rating, it’s wrong just enough to check external sources like protondb/the community/the devs

Yeah ProtonDB people will post all their wild tweaks to get a game to run, so there may be a way, but sometimes their tweaks aren't worth it. Like too much effort. I'll keep an eye on it if they are aiming to get it running on Deck. I prefer playing on there these days

See I've not gotten Space Marine 2 yet, and was about to break down and pay full price, but I see Valve has it labled "unsupported" for Steam Deck so I need to check ProtonDB to see if people have it running on Deck. Otherwise I probably wont buy it off Steam

and equally, many games that are not verified run more or less flawlessly i find looking the game up on ProtonDB and reading what people say in their reports is a much better guide than just going off the verification status on the steam store page

[screenshot showing steam store thumbnails for porn games, no explicit images] researching game compatibility for something in my library that looks cool and got jumpscared by big titty game numbers 502-504

A screenshot of protondb. The top result is Blacktail, a normal looking game. The rest are various porn games, including "Horny Housewives Booty Call Blackmail", "I got BLACKMAILED by a FUTANARI!", and "Big Boobie Boss Blackmail". All three have anime girls as their store thumbnail.

Also I gotta say: Last time I checked ProtonDB literally all of my Steam library was supported (about 200 games). There will of course be the occasional unsupported program still but WINE has been making huge strides lately (also thanks to Valve).

Imagino! Caso aconteça isso em algum outro jogo, tenta dar uma olhada no site protonDB que vc vai ver como o jogo está rodando no Linux em diversas configurações diferentes e o que o pessoal faz pra otimizar o game.
