I don’t know what it is about the 4th year of the PhD, but all of my close friends here in the same year as me and I are just exhausted. Either bc we’re staying up to do work or can’t fall asleep. Which wasn’t uncommon in previous semesters but poor sleep seems more frequent this semester…🙃 #PhDlife
