Today's dish from #PlantBasedIndia#DrSheilSukla is Makai No Chevdo - Gujurati "creamed corn". It could be called Corn Porridge. Sweet corn kernels chopped in the food processor, still leaving a little texture, then cooked down with spices & finished with a "cream" made from pureed cashew nuts. 🍽️
