Gotta love how #porterairlines has a messenger-based customer service system but it only works from 8am to 8pm eastern. And they're pretty much unreachable by phone altogether (literally hours of holding) for people busier than me (most people I imagine)
Love that I paid extra to "check in online and bring a carry-on bag" for @porterairlines for absolutely no reason. Had to arrive early to get a paper ticket and pay AGAIN for the privilege to check my luggage even though they were just going to take it at the gate anyway.
