Heartstopper makes me very emotional. I don’t think it’s the series per se. It is something that touches deep inside, way back to my teenage years, where that version of me had no idea what was going on, had no references or support, didn’t understand his queerness and was harmed because of it.

Watched "I Saw The TV Glow" last night. It explores queerness & neurodivergence, suburban malaise, childhood trauma, and mental illness. Breathable pacing, realistic teen dialogue, beautiful hazy glowy aesthetic, a memorable monologue, and 3rd-wall-breaking narration. I loved it!
