Looks like another nap day. But youâre supposed to wash the cpap mask & water reservoir daily & let them air dry. So Iâll be using the no-heat setting on my hair dryer to dry them. Bc Iâd like to know if thereâs ever a diff in how I feel when I wake up from a nap if Iâm controlling the apnea.
