Looks like another nap day. But you’re supposed to wash the cpap mask & water reservoir daily & let them air dry. So I’ll be using the no-heat setting on my hair dryer to dry them. Bc I’d like to know if there’s ever a diff in how I feel when I wake up from a nap if I’m controlling the apnea.
