Next month I'll be at RetroFest 2024 at the Centre for Computing History in Cambridge on both Saturday 9th November and Sunday 10th November, showing everything I do to keep the #SAMCoupe#ZXSpectrum#RC2014www.computinghistory.org.uk/pages/30677/...
SAMCo (SAM Computers Ltd) lasted until June 1992 and certainly did better than MGT in terms of publicity, products and support for the SAM Coupe. This wasn't the end however, SAM was on sale up to the start of 1999. I started in 1993 and am still developing for the #SAMCoupewww.samcoupe.com
I've currently got yellow, red and green colours of my #ZXSpectrumwww.ebay.co.uk/usr/quazar-s...#SAMCoupe using my ZX-ECUTOR interface to use Speccy carts on SAM!
YS scooped a 4 room demo of #SAMCoupewww.samcoupe.com
as here when SAMCo (the second SAM company, set up by Miles and Gordon after the collapse of MGT) celebrated its one year anniversary. Crazy now I've been developing for the SAM Coupe for 30+ years, maybe I should have a celebration sometime! Everything I do for the #SAMCoupewww.samcoupe.com
I'll be at RetroFest 2024 at the Centre for Computing History in Cambridge on Sat 9th & Sun 10th Nov! See what I've been doing to keep the #SAMCoupe#ZXSpectrum#RC2014www.computinghistory.org.uk
It was a delight to be mentioned in the YS94 special! 'SAM Revival' lives on, a magazine for the #SAMCoupewww.samcoupe.com
boss which was replaced before the game was released. There's an interview with the graphics artist for Sphera in issue 9 of SAM Revival magazine (which has the first SAM Revival coverdisk with Manic Miner and Money Bags) SAM Revival magazine for the #samcoupewww.samcoupe.com/samrevival.htm
After a request I've added brown/tactile style keyswitches to the selection I keep to hand for the mechanical #keyboard#SAMCoupeebay.co.uk/usr/quazar-s...
