The local area put together some great #SportHeritage on the walk to Stade Yves du Manoir. Hosted field hockey 🏑 in 2024 but was the main Olympic stadium in 1924 & hosted the 1938 FIFA World Cup. But also much many other events for men & women 🗃️
Learned a lot at the South African Jewish Museum in Cape Town - including some #SportHeritage which was mostly rugby🏉 but also about the biggest ostrich feather guy when those were all the rage, like in this fab hat!
