1st 15km since the accident done 🙌✅ Shoulder and legs a bit achy but thinking should be able to do more with practice. Still slower than pre-accident pace by 2mins/km but managed to get my 5km pace down to sub 40 mins. It will improve 💪🙌 #0n1ydan5#SussexRunning#UKRunChat#RunningPunks
