It's impossible to convey how difficult scheduling is for this person with ADHD. I manage it with a variety of tools and workarounds, but esp. complex projects w/ multiple overlapping deadlines extending far into the future ... #TeamADHD#AcademicsWithADHD

I see you! #TeamADHD Y-day’s struggle was the confirmation that - once again - I failed to follow correctly the most basic instructions for boxed cake. I mean, I bake complex things but for some $&@ing reason the 3 steps for boxed cake really throw me & I leave one out or use H2O instead of oil.

Bin #teamadhd, späte Diagnose. Vor 2 Jahren haben die Älteren in meiner Familie sehr mit meiner Offenheit gehadert. Jüngere genetisch Verwandte haben dann Diagnosen nachgeholt oder *Behandlung aufgefrischt, weil Diagnosen vergessen wurden. 😅. Langsam setzt sich Akzeptanz durch. 1/2
