I had a dream I missed my flight to Climax so I checked my flight times instead of going back to sleep and I'm glad I did because Southwest changed my flight for the second time. Thankfully, I'm allowed to change them for free, but the flight times keep getting worse and worse.
ahem, evidently I was wrong about my dosage in that initial post! Most of my supplements are either 100 mg or 250 mg and I guessed wrong on the B2. Like all my meds, I take most of my supplements in equal portions throughout the day so that I don't have lean times. Especially B2.

Last night, spouse and I randomly watched two documentaries about queers from 1977: GAY USA and WORD IS OUT They’re both on Criterion Channel and I cannot recommend them enough, especially the second one I cried many times and felt so proud to be queer/trans We are all we’ve got 💜🌈🏳️⚧️
As a kid I used to read TV Guide all the time. And there was this one show called PILOT and it would come on at the craziest times and was never about the same thing twice!? None of my family were media-savvy enough to clear up this mystery and I think I was in late middle-school before I "got it."
i’ve had a lot of really bad days lately. topsy turvey days where i sleep most of the day and lose track of what day it is. painful days and unmoving days. i don’t know it has been a lot of ups and downs and all around. idk how to get through a lot of these bad times this year it’s a lot
