dude behind me at the restaurant just had a full blown piss pants meltdown because i ordered a veggie burger and proceeded to list the patty’s ingredients loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. i haven’t seen someone so angry about vegetarians since 2012. incredible times we’re living in.

Example foods I can cook FROM SCRATCH fck a hater: Pizza Chicken Fried Rice (vegan) Mexican style Mole Quesadillas Veggie Burgers with "bacon" "Carne Asada" fries with beyond steak, homemade guac, etc Smoothies that will make you weak in the knees with pleasure Fettucini Mushroom Pesto etc etc

If your digestive system is OK I’d vote whatever food is most comforting to you, personally. If it’s not, consider fiber and if something is a “gassy” veggie (e.g. broccoli, garlic) in your choice.

breaded baked tofu w/ some kind of sauce, rice and a green veggie is always a hit for me! no real effort, just press and slice tofu, dredge it in seasoned flour + corn starch, bake until crispy on foil lined baking sheet. most sauces should work but im a fan of spicy sweet gochujang or honey ginger
