...other encounters with local villainy that force Otto to take a heroic stance at Otoha's insistence, and slowly building to a confrontation with a new villain (who appears to be based on the Vulture?) in one of Otoha's classmates. This is an UTTERLY CHARMING comic and I LOVE this take on Doc Ock!
