MechWarrior RPG was one I hadn't thought about for a while. Generally the title has been used for more action/board games, but it did originate title-wise as an RPG. The journey of the IP is a pretty epic one involving Microsoft, Wizkids, and Catalyst Game Labs.

As opposed to that Mechwarrior clix game from WizKids where you could tell when a pack had an assault mech in it because it was noticeably heavier than the others and not as compressible. The stores I went as a kid had to put them behind the register after a while
