Yissh – planet of the bani and the blirzi, located within the Sonui nebula system. Exact location unknown.

Bani – an amphibian species in a vivid range of mottled blues and purples with colourful wet-looking bellies and protruding eyes. They resemble Earth frogs, if Earth frogs were one and a half meters tall. They cluck and share an immense love of music from all over the universe.collaborative efforts, even recreational.

Two Truths and a Lie about Nif in How Six Saved the Frogs

1. Unlike his age mates, Nif didn't venture into the caves during educational treks as a sprog, but stayed with the minders.
2. Nif's fascination with human music inspires him to volunteer for a translation implant and join the expedition to Earth.
3. When the humans introduce themselves, Nif doesn't understand why human minders name their sprog after numbers or sounds wilds make during the night.
