like, you can't get that same proper grilled cheese texture from shredded cheese like you can whole thin slices! also, if you want to use cheddar in a grilled cheese, you can get it right by adding a slice of Kraft American cheese food product it's got additives that will get that cheddar melting

Almost all of America's food is shit. All full of sugar & additives that are killing everybody, giving everybody cancers, & the only good food is ludicrously expensive. And I gotta drive to get it--can't walk to it, can't reach a train to get to it. The cultural lifestyle is the biggest hindrance.

Young people don’t stand a chance against the onslaught of microplastics, food additives and air pollution which all contribute to cancer.

Looking for good yogurt in B.C. or Western Canada? This is grass-fed, made in Cumberland, BC, and has a really zingy tang. No additives. Even has the real milk skin at the top, like traditional yogurt should have. It’s a 6.5% fat Greek yogurt. 1.5l is on sale for $11.99 at Thrifty’s.

A tub of Tree Island natural Greek yogurt.

Because popular diets, especially linked with longevity and heart health, specifically recommend it. Real Greek yoghurt is just the full fat milk, creamy and filling. Greek style is not but will sell at a mid-price point. Might have additives in to change texture from cheaper natural yoghurt

I mostly stick too brewed coffee w/ one spoonful of sugar and a splash of creamer or milk. I think its all the extra sugar and additives from places like caribou that kill it for me personally
