I do like this interaction. For all the grief Bonnie gives Siffrin, the latter counters with light teasing and over-the-top answers only a child would believe in. It's also adamantly clear for as thorny as Bonnie is, they still reciprocate whenever Siffrin checks in on them.

When you ask questions, demand answers, THAT'S what gets the ball rolling. It FORCES the company/organization to actually get off their ass and do something rather than passively say 'yeah yeah, whatever we'll do something about it'.
