Been to a dilation, she said "try to eat healthy, and walk!" And Bug said I'm dealing w arfid and the lady was like "oh I can't help you, that's something pediatricians deal w but ur 26 so ur SOL"
I wanna ask for help making like whole ass monthly food plans, but it'd be so laborious on both sides. And Bug's ability to handle ARFID switches a lot so she just doesn't eat some days. 20hr fasting is better for her than several meltdowns and days of recovery from the stress of forcing food.
Me n Bug wanna do low histamine diets, but between only ebt for food, ARFID sucking the life out of food in general, very specific food allergies and intolerances, and the inability to cook most days idk how that'd even work. I'd love to be healthy!! But I'm not allowed, the government said so
ARFID sucks yall, i'll never be a mysterious stranger in a tavern or a carefree spirit backpacking across a foreign country because i'm always over here like "ok but i cant have chunks of tomato in this soup or i'll barf and cry"
