NGL am apprehensive about anything that could stimulate my immune system. Some people spent a day in bed after mRNA? 😆 How about 3 years of dysautonomia, MCAS, arrhythmias, PEM, chronic teleogen effluvium and a possible whole new autoimmune disorder? It’s no wonder we feel so abandoned 😭

I've had many years of arrhythmias, but never had a doctor pack me off to A&E straight away

It’s tough because there’s no “great” way to give the electrolyte, but it’s still important to give because if it’s too low there could be a lot of negative symptoms - including heart problems/arrhythmias.

I've heard about people having to do this (I think for certain arrhythmias?) and it sounds so uncomfortable

I'm still a work in progress, but the last couple of years of CBT have made things better. I no longer get heart arrhythmias. And I'm a lot easier to be around.
