I'd rather through-run the Keisei system onto the Ginza line. Also extend the southend of Asakusa to Yokohama Green line.
Shin-Asakusa = parallel line to Asakusa, connecting the other Keisei track pair with either Keikyu or the southern tail of Asakusa that doesn't get much service because most trains run through to Keikyu.
Shin-asakusa? They seem to planning to extend the TX to Tokyo station then to the Portlands. JR East is also building an East Yamanote system plus a Haneda connector. I was choosing easier priorities.
