I’ll lay the cloth and resin for those when I finish my plastic buck for the headlight cowl, and then I can sand and prep my gas tank and paint them all together, preferably in something like large flake metallic baby pink, maybe with a stripe down the bodywork
Today is day 3 of our car being in the shop for bodywork resulting from when our car was hit back in May. We were supposed to be able to pick it up today, but we just found out it’s not going to be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday now! 🫠
Old formula cars are the silliest little guys. Wings in weird places, or that look like platypus bills? Bodywork that only covers the front? Wacky tall air intakes? Lion, as a livery? 100% silly. There is something really dodgy about the whole system where only ‘nominated’ repairers estimate ridiculous costs. Cars written off due to bodywork damage etc…
