Too many breakups in the loosely-defined polycule.
Well, seeing one of the exes I had one of the worst breakups in my life with get reposted onto my timeline was *not* what I was expecting here, but it sure as hell is a small internet at times.
god friend breakups suck. Even when the friendships aren’t healthy and you know it’s for the best ;~;
she probably just has some executive disfunction idk if you're in a relationship you should probably take the bad with the good instead of trying to score points like this is basketball I've also had zero "bad" breakups, so what do I know
Counterpoint: I've been through enough breakups to know that many, many people very much DO need that specific AI summary because they simply refuse to hear you when you tell them to their face that you don't like them anymore and want to break up
Gonna use this for all my future breakups
I was once broken up with over facebook messenger, and while I took umbrage at the impersonal n ature of a message & did follow it up with a phone call, I've long since forgotten anything said during that phone call or any number of in-person breakups but have looked at that message again.
Yes, I know, that is what my original post said. I'm asking why you launched into an explanation of what aroace means. Are you trying to say that amatonormativity is what makes people see breakups as a moral issue?
I'm saying people see breakups through a lens of amatonormativity. And in my personal experience, if i was like "whoah this isn't working out" like your OG post, ppl react like the breakup is morally wrong because heartbreak is worse than trying even if its not good for either party.
