Any tips for people who feel burnout brewing? I’m frustrated at lack of momentum, and backwards turns in public sector design- but so attached to the problem, and I’m convinced there’s enough smart and kind folk to do it. But starting to massively doubt myself, am I doing this all wrong?
Why is coffee making so finicky? Coffee beans, why are you so finicky? Look at teabags. I just dump them into hot water and they are done. No grind size, bloom or no bloom, stir or no stir, brewing time etc etc etc nonsense.
