I just learned that it's a family of chocolatiers who own the Chenonceau Castle. I know they controlled 50% of the chocolate industry at some point but still.
Je ne regarde plus aucun JT donc je me suis plongée dans les photos de vacances. Merveilleux souvenir d'avoir fait visiter ma Touraine natale à mes petits enfants. Amboise, ma ville. Ils ont adoré. Le château de Chenonceau les a enchantés. Et moi aussi 😍
Depends on when you’re planning to travel but France is lovely in September/October. The days are still fairly warm, the evenings cool, the light gorgeous! Fewer tourists so fewer lines & lower prices. Start in Paris then perhaps the Loire Valley (Chambord, Chenonceau, Ambroise, Tours, Loches). 🇫🇷❤️🇫🇷
