This morning's coffee is La Orquidea by Agro Roasters in Vancouver. The coffee is very tasty. There is a bit of fruit sweetness and maybe just a little bitterness (pleasant, I like a little bitterness) to the finish. A lovely cup of coffee #coffeefurs ☕🐆

reykjavik roasters: buesaco. súkkulaði, rauð ber, & caramella. got this as a gift from a friend who was visiting iceland and was very excited to try! a little chocolaty, if the chocolate is raspberry flavoured - overwhelmingly red-fruit, almost cranberry juice - very tasty! #coffeefurs

today's coffee is academy by pilot based in toronto, they have a location near me too! a standard inoffensive coffee, with a little bit of acidity to keep it exciting. i've been made fun of for having this in my cupboard: "typical academic, starts the day with coffee called 'academy'" 😣 #coffeefurs

This morning's coffee is called Serra e Leite by Pilot Coffee Roasters in Toronto. Its source is Poços De Caldas, Brazil. I definitely get the nutty notes and buttery mouthfeel. It's not overly bitter but it's not as sweet as I normally seek in a coffee. But it's good! #coffeefurs 🐆☕

Today's breakfast is an omelette with spinach, mushrooms, bell pepper, onions and a little feta. My coffee is Tanzania Peaberry from Caribou Kahawa, (kind of locally) roasted in Quesnel. The coffee is really tasty naturally sweet with that fruit acidity that I love in a coffee. 🐆☕ #coffeefurs

This morning's coffee is Immaculata de Fatima from 94 Celcius in Quebec. It's a roastier flavour, a little bitterness but not unpleasant. The after taste is a bit burnt. Not my favourite but my tastes tent to skew fruitiness and acidity. 🐆☕#coffeefurs
