inspired to post some coffee too today I'm having a washed ethiopian light roast from matchstick in vancouver, one of my favourite coffees I've tried! really delicious, fruity, not overwhelmingly acidic ^-^ btw don't @ me I love my aeropress #coffeefurs

this is the coffee that inspired me to replicate vancouver tap water because it tasted so much worse with harder ion-heavy water, needs to be brewed very soft and then it really pops!!
