I love cornbread with it but my kids are weird and don’t do cornbread for some reason. So I stopped making it because there wasn’t a good way to make a smaller batch. I stepped outside and said “this is chili and cinnamon roll weather.”
I got mine started much later than I wanted to (thanks a lot work) but it’s happening! Going to make Jiffy cornbread with hatch chiles in a bit (I love to bake from scratch but I also love Jiffy so)
