If there's sugar in the urine that's already a failed diabetes treatment. Take it from a person recently diagnosed as diabetic after suffering through months of extremely painful UTIs because bacteria just love sugary urine!

I wish my parents would listen when i talk about cat nutrition and why cats should be on a wet food diet rather than kibble. And they wonder why they have a diabetic cat who developed it later in life.
Imagine a world where everyone is a late stage uncontrolled diabetic on the brink of dialysis and moms decide to go to the donut shop selling cheaper, larger donuts. But don’t blame the moms- because 99% of the groceries/restaurants are donut shops, subsidized by the government.

Sharing some information but not all. I'm a type 2 diabetic. Currently making further changes in life and cutting out the bad stuff isn't so terrible after all, definitely not easy.
