I miss out on potential Tuesday campaigns because of the F2F group. They love their D&D 5e but being in person makes up for it.
There's also a huge variation in perception of the same service. I've heard plenty of people moan about our practice, yet we've never had a problem. I suspect they can't get an appointment on their terms! (Eg f2f, specific Dr, specific time/date, inappropriate for a Dr etc)
