Had to use a electric plug in nebulizer at the doctors. Never used one before. Was interesting. Didn’t 100% clear my issue but by god it helped so much. My airway… clear. Finally no feeling of inner throat touching

I'm interested to learn what the argument is here. Is it just that "feeling thermometer" survey questions are hard to interpret as absolute measures of emotional states, or is there a better way to measure emotions?

basically if you had a friend who was in your situation would you say to them oh your fake medical leave? no! but you say that about yourself to yourself. words matter. how we think about ourselves and talk about ourselves matters. our words can impact how we are feeling about something.
