I think looking at game developing through such a lense could bring and create magical experiences into games that arent complete life and world simulations. So in short: Focus on emergent gameplay and identifying interesting intra-actions in the world we could gamify into new experiences. 😊👍💕
There should be some way to “gamify” work. Ie you get XP for responding to emails, submitting a report, helping a colleague etc. Lose some for; ie; a bad suggestion in abetting. Just lots of frequent and addictive dopamine hits.
You could gamify an intro it by giving them some unstructured data (sweets, books whatever) and some infrastructure (boxes) then see who can find something faster
