I don't understand what people see in Heifetz's adaptive leadership classes at HKS. To me, they feel more like collective therapy or healing sessions, similar to family constellation, rather than actual leadership training. I'm glad HKS is no longer offering these classes.

This has been clear to anyone with access to a newspaper for some time. The issue is the US administration does not care. Biden will retire, Blinken will have a sinecure at HKS and Gaza will still be a smouldering ruin. There will be no justice for the children they chose to help starve.
